Do you fancy to master the skills of pattern making, fashion design and sewing for yourself, your family or as a career move?

 

Here is your opportunity to understand the principles of what making clothes is all about and how it all begins.

​

You'll learn what block patterns look like and how they can be adapted to make your everyday garments.

 

Why not Join us on this introductory 3 hour workshop to learn a classic technique for drafting a skirt pattern direct from your own measurements. Then using this block you can go on to make a variety of different styles.

You also get a chance to learn how to work with  commercial patterns how to calculate the darts, seam allowances and hem allowances .

 

By the end of this workshop you will have your own pattern block to take away with you and tonnes of usuful information to allow you to progress to the next level of your creative journey.

 

This workshop is open to all levels. All materials included, just come with bags of enthusiasm and get creative.
